FSC certification
Bois Poulin received FSC certification for its traceability chain in 2008. The certification covers green and dry sawmill products as well as the red oak and maple components in our secondary processing plant. Following the last national FSC risk assessment of 2019, Bois Poulin adopts new measures to decrease the risks associated with these issues.

Proximity to raw materials
To reduce greenhouse gases produced by road, railroad, and maritime transportation, Bois Poulin established a network of wood suppliers located within a 500-km radius.
